Prize: Exactly one (1) prize will be awarded in connection with this Promotion. One (1) Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for two (2) people to the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. Trip includes:
• round trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Louisville, Kentucky, and
• two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
Total Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $2,700 USD.*
*If the cost of the Travel Accommodations totals less than $2,700 USD (the “Travel Cost Limit”), Winner will be awarded the difference between the Travel Cost Limit and the total cost of the Travel Accommodations on a VISA® Gift Card, or comparable method of compensation, up to $500 USD. If the cost of the Travel Accommodations exceeds $2,700 USD, the Winner will be responsible for the cost of the Travel Accommodations exceeding $2,700 USD.
Travel must take place on or before June 11, 2016 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If Winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination.
