One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes to one (1) Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize shall consist of a four (4) night trip to Brooklyn, New York for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend a private screening of a Focus Feature title of their choosing at the Alamo Drafthouse theater in Brooklyn, exact dates and details to be determined by Sponsor. Trip includes:
• roundtrip coach air travel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest on the airline of Sponsor’s choice from a major airport near Winner’s home and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to a major airport near Brooklyn, New York (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two (2) round trip coach air travel tickets: $1,000);
• one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel room accommodations at a hotel near the Screening location, as determined by Sponsor (on an if used basis) for the duration of the Trip, all details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (ARV of hotel room accommodations for four (4) nights: (ARV: $1,500);
• a rented out theater on a mutually agreed upon day (must be a Monday – Thursday) at the new Alamo Drafthouse Brooklyn to view a Focus Feature title of Winner’s choosing (ARV: N/A);
• $1,000 in spending money for ground transportation and miscellaneous travel expenses (ARV: $1,000).
Total ARV of the Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred dollars and zero cents ($3,500 USD).
