Winners/Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize winner will win a trip for two (2) people to Canyon Ranch destination resort in Tucson, Arizona or Lenox, Massachusetts, to be decided at Sponsor’s and Canyon Ranch’s discretion, and one runner-up will win a gift package (the “Prize(s)”). The trip for two to Canyon Ranch includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Tucson International or Hartford, CT. or Albany, NY airports (ARV: $700 per person, which may vary depending on the location of the Winner’s residence); (ii) gift certificate to Canyon Ranch destination resort, valid for four (4)-night accommodations at Canyon Ranch (one room, standard accommodations, double occupancy); three (3) meals daily, plus always-available healthy snacks; $435 per person allowance toward spa, sports and integrative wellness services such as skin care and beauty services, massages, personal training sessions, and consultations and workshops in nutrition, preventive medicine, and movement therapy; private hands-on cooking class with a Canyon Ranch Chef; use of expansive spa and resort facilities, including pools, and tennis and sports courts; access to fitness, yoga and meditation classes (more than 40 available each day for all levels and interests); daily hiking and biking tours; health and fitness assessment reviewed by a nurse educator; personal program advisor to help custom-design stay; daily selection of wellness presentations, workshops and cooking demonstrations; ground transportation to and from Tucson International or Hartford, CT. or Albany, N.Y. airports; and resort amenities fee. Resort accommodations are provided at Sponsor’s and Canyon Ranch’s discretion. Canyon Ranch Gift Certificate is valid for one year from date of issue, excluding blackout dates. Gift Certificate is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the validity dates, retains no cash value, and includes sales tax. Reservations are accepted on a space-available basis and are subject to blackout dates (December 24-31 in Tucson and Lenox, and the month of March in Tucson). In the event the winner lives within 200 miles from destination, alternative transportation will be provided and no additional compensation will be provided. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. The travel companion of Winner must execute a Publicity/Liability Release prior to departure and must be 18 years or older at time of departure. Arrangements must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered and failure of Winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsor in any way to provide the winner with alternate arrangements. Winner will be solely responsible for all other costs and expenses not specified herein. Approximate retail value: $10,712. One (1) runner-up will win a gift-package comprised of Canyon Ranch products and apparel, selected at Canyon Ranch’s discretion. Approximate retail value: $335. Total approximate retail value for all prizes awarded: $11,047.
