Grand Prize: A “Spectacular” Weekend for 4 in New York City. Travel dates: December 18-20, 2009. Winner must be able to travel to and from New York, NY on these dates or the winner forfeits prize. All package details, including but not limited to travel, accommodations and Radio City Christmas Spectacular performance details, shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip package includes: (i)roundtrip coach-class air transportation for 4 from a major airport near winner’s home to New York, NY (or train transportation if the winner lives within 150 miles of New York, NY); (ii) 2 nights hotel accommodations in New York,NY (2 rooms, double occupancy, no incidentals whatsoever); (iii) 4 premium tickets to the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall (seat locations determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iv)limousine transportation to and from (a) the airport or train station in New York City and the winner’s hotel and (b)the winner’s hotel and Radio City Music Hall; (v) a private tour for 4 of Radio City Music Hall and a meet and greet with members of the Radio City Rockettes (subject to Rockette availability); (vi) 1 Radio City Music Hall commemorative photo and gift bag (exact contents determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the winner; (vii) a sightseeing tour for 4 of New York City; (viii) 3 gift certificates (2 for dinners and 1 for lunch) for 4 people (up to a maximum of $125.00 per gift certificate, terms and conditions of gift certificates apply) at Sponsor-specified restaurants; and (ix) the winner’s choice of ice skating at Rockefeller Center or a panoramic view tour of New York City for 4. Travel must be roundtrip and travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to incidental hotel expenses, meals, taxis, subways, gratuities, and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each of the winner’s travel companions must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure (unless the winner is traveling with his/her minor child) and winner and all guests must travel on same itinerary. If the winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least 1 travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible if the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, sightseeing tour or panoramic view tour is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason during the travel dates specified herein, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
