USA Network Collaborate or Resist: Colony Choose Your Own Adventure & Colony Survival Pack Sweepstakes

Collaborate of Resist Game Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes via the Collaborate or Resist Game, during the Sweepstakes Period visit www.colonytv.com and click on the “Play Now” button. Follow the provided instructions to log on to the Collaborate or Resist Game using either your USA Network, Facebook, or Twitter login information, including, but not limited to, your Username, email address, and applicable USA Network, Facebook, or Twitter password, Puzzle Play (defined below), and any other entry-specific information requested (“Game Entry”).

Each entrant can enter a maximum of ten (10) times between Mail Entries and/or Game Entries.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded to the Winner. Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA. Winner may select either one (1) of the following two (2) Trip options:

WINNER TRIP OPTION #1: Posh Beverly Hills Experience
• Round-trip airfare for Winner and Travel Companion to Los Angeles, California;

• Round-trip airfare for Winner and Travel Companion to Los Angeles, California;
• Full-size rental car for duration of stay (“Rental Car”);
• Four (4) nights in a Palisades Suite at the Fairmont Miramar, Santa Monica;
• Daily breakfast for Winner and Travel Companion;
• Malibu Wine Safari in an open-air vehicle tour, including tastings, artisan cheese platter, cave painting and animal family tour;
• “Dining in the Dark” experience for your senses at Opaque. Total bill not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of either Prize option selected is eight thousand, two hundred and fifty dollars ($8,250.00).

Colony Survival Pack Sweepstakes

TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period visit www.colonytv.com, click on the Sweepstakes link, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth.

You may enter once per week per Weekly Entry Period for a total of 10 (ten) Entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received before the end of the Weekly Entry Period to be eligible for the corresponding Weekly Drawing.

PRIZE: There will be twenty (20) prizes awarded; one (1) Prize to each Weekly Winner. Each Prize consists of the following: one (1) Water Bottle; one (1) Colony Red Beret; one (1) Flashlight; one (1) Phone Charger; one (1) Tracking ID Tag, and one (1) Marmot Vest. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). ERV of all Prizes is two thousand dollars ($2000).
