Grand Prize Award – Maximum of Ten (10) Grand Prize Awards Available: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive:
A $500.00 Sports Authority League Reward, awarded in the form of a $500.00 deposit into the grand prize winner’s Sports Authority League Member ID account, as submitted and verified during sweepstakes registration. Total maximum value of prize per winner is $500.00. Sports Authority League Reward subject to the terms and conditions of Sports Authority League Reward program. Grand Prize Winner’s $500.00 Sports Authority League Reward award expires 3/31/2015. Any full or partial remaining value not redeemed by 3/31/2015 will be forfeited. Any unused portion of award will not be refunded as Cash. If the purchase of any product or service from Sponsor exceeds the maximum retail value of the available award, then winner shall be responsible for the difference in the cost at time of prize delivery or acceptance.
Sports Authority shall also make a $5,000.00 donation, awarded in the form of a $5,000.00 Sports Authority League Reward, to the grand prize winner’s nominated school based upon acceptance of such award by the nominated school. Upon acceptance of award, Sports Authority shall create a Sports Authority League Member ID account for entrant’s nominated school and deposit $5,000.00 into account. In order for the Sports Authority League Member ID account to be created, nominated school will be required to provide the first and last name of its school principal or authorized representative of the nominated school, and their school email address. The nominated school must apply the $5,000.00 award toward school related activities. Award may not be redeemed for personal use by any school employee or student. Nominated school must redeem award at a designated Sports Authority store location as determined solely by Sponsor at the time of award. Individual winning entrant shall have no rights or claims of any kind related to the $5,000.00 Sports Authority League Reward donation portion of the prize award. Sports Authority League Reward subject to the terms and conditions of Sports Authority League Reward program. Nominated school’s $5,000.00 Sports Authority League Reward expires 3/31/2015.
