Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of either (i) one (1) Rock Flight®, which includes two (2) tickets to a Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a Live Nation owned and operated venue in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) during the 2017 concert season and two (2) VIP Club Passes to such Live Nation concert (subject to availability and concert selection) or (ii) two (2) general admission VIP tickets to winner’s choice of one (1) participating 2017 Live Nation produced and promoted festival in the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), (the concert and the festival are each referred to as the “Event”).
