The Instant Win Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older, except New Jersey and Texas. Void in New Jersey and Texas.
The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States residing in New Jersey and Texas who are 21 years of age and older.
All Promotion prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes to be awarded “as is.” No part of any prize includes any alcoholic beverages. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prizes by winners are allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
(a) Instant Win Prizes:
Forty-three (43) Instant Win prizes will be awarded. Each Instant Win prize consists of a $25 gift card. Gift card provider will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Actual retail value (ARV) of all Instant Win prizes: $1,075.
(b) Sweepstakes Prizes:
Two (2) Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded. One (1) prize will be awarded to a winner from New Jersey, and one (1) prize will be awarded to a winner from Texas. Each Sweepstakes prize consists of a $25 gift card. Gif card provider will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. ARV of the Sweepstakes prizes: $50.
ARV of all Promotion prizes: $2,025.
