PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is a trip for winner and three Guests (individually, “Guest”) (collectively, “Group”) to Indianapolis, IN to attend Indy 500 (“Event”). Each Grand Prize winner will receive a round trip economy class airfare for four (4) from a major gateway in the 50 U.S. States to Indianapolis, IN; round trip transportation to/from airport/hotel via private car service; three (3) night hotel accommodations, quad occupancy, at the Alexander Hotel (or similar as selected in Sponsor’s or’s sole discretion); four (4) tickets to the Indy 500 on Sunday, May 26, 2013 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $7,000.00 each. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. If winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip economy class air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, tax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, luggage fees, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner must take Trip on Sponsor-selected dates, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Promotion Entities are not responsible for airline cancellations or delays. If for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to travel after all arrangements have been made and paid, he/she will forfeit all rights to the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. Winner and Guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documentation (i.e., valid state identification or birth certificate) prior to travel. Each Grand Prize Winner and their corresponding Guests must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Event management and/or its representatives who reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of any Grand Prize Winner or Guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred, or if any Grand Prize Winner cannot travel to Event for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such Grand Prize Winner or his/her Guests other than to supply a trip to Indianapolis, IN minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within 12 months from prize notification date. Each Grand Prize winner and their corresponding Guest(s) will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. A Parent or legal guardian must accompany any travelling Guest who is considered a Minor in his/her state of residence and must sign any required documents on the Minor’s behalf and such Parent must be a part of the Group. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or prizes. Prize elements may not be separated. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. FIVE HUNDRED (500) WEEKLY PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded each of the ten (10) weeks: See Table below. Total ARV of all Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: $14,045. Total value of all prizes: $42,045.00. Odds of winning any prize will be determined by the total number of valid Entries received for that level.
