During the Promotion Period, log on to https://www.marlboro.com and follow the links and
instructions to navigate to the “Marlboro Menthol Match Up” page, then follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. You may choose from any of the six (6) Marlboro packs available to play. You may play the game associated with each pack up to two (2) times per day. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. If you match three (3) icons and receive a “Congrats. You Won. ” message, you are a winner of the single prize (“Single Prize”) indicated. If you match three (3) Zippo lighter icons and receive a “Congrats. You Won. ” message, you are a winner of the Zippo lighter prize. If you receive three (3) icons that read “Flavor Makes The Night, ” you are a winner of the Jackpot Prize, which consists of all three (3) Single Prizes associated with the applicable Marlboro pack. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation (where applicable, a potential winner may be required to fill out prize documents for verification before prize will be awarded).
Limit:
Each entrant may play up to twelve (12) times per day (two (2) times per Marlboro pack per day). If entrant receives any of the winning messages, he/she will not receive any additional plays for that day. A “day” begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day, which begins at or about 2:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
For All Prizes:
The actual value of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Odds
of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Instant Win Game plays divided by the number of prizes available. No cash equivalent, all prizes are nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Presenter’s sole discretion. Presenter reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize
receipt and/or use. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $1,256,714.65.
Prize Limits:
Each entrant can only win one (1) prize per day (Zippo Lighter Prize, Single Prize or Jackpot Prize); if an entrant is a potential winner of any of these prizes, he or she will not be ableto play again until the next day. Each entrant can win up to eighteen (18) Single Prizes (three (3)
for each pack), six (6) Jackpot Prizes (one (1) for each pack), and one (1) Zippo Lighter Prize throughout the Promotion Period.
