To be eligible for a Weekly Drawing, an eligible entry must be received by Sponsor during the applicable Weekly Term. To be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing, an eligible entry must be received by Sponsor during any of the four (4) Weekly Terms (up to four (4) entries during the Sweepstakes Term).

The approximate retail value of each Weekly Prize is $48.94. The approximate retail value of all Weekly Prizes is $587.28.
Grand Prize: Sponsor will award the Grand Prize Winner one (1) Grand Prize consisting of:
· One(1) Heluva Good! Super Party Pack: An assortment of six (6) flavors of HeluvaGood! Sour Cream Dip and six (6) flavors of Heluva Good! Naturally Aged Cheese(Each valued at $3.99), Total ARV $47.88
· One(1) $500 American Express Gift Card, ARV $500
