Grand Prize: Eligible entries will be divided into one of eleven (11) separate groups: 1) entries from residents of FL (“FLORIDA GROUP”); 2) entries from residents of GA (“GEORGIA GROUP”); 3) entries from residents of IL (“ILLINOIS GROUP”); 4) entries from residents of MO (“MISSOURI GROUP”); 5) entries from residents of NC (“NORTH CAROLINA GROUP”); 6) entries from residents of NJ (“NEW JERSEY GROUP”); 7) entries from residents of NV (“NEVADA GROUP”); 8) entries from residents of PA (“PENNSYLVANIA GROUP”); 9) entries from residents of SC (“SOUTH CAROLINA GROUP”); 10) entries from residents of TX (“TEXAS GROUP”); 11) and entries from residents of the remaining forty (40) states and D.C. (“NATIONAL GROUP”). Each eligible entry shall be assigned to only one (1) Group, and each entry shall be eligible to be selected as a winner only for the Group into which the entry is assigned, based on the state of residence selected by the entrant. Each entrant is eligible to win only one (1) Grand prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner from will be selected from each of the Groups 1 through 10 and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from collective Groups one (1) through eleven (11).. Winners will be determined in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about July 17, 2017 by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each Group. Potential winners will be notified by phone, mail or e-mail by or about July 17, 2017. Prize winners may also be posted on the Cruzan page on Facebook, the Cruzan Twitter page, or the Cruzan website, following verification of the winners, and may be announced by news release. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Grand Prize winner per household.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected among all eligible entrants as defined in Rule 6 above, in accordance
with these official rules. Grand Prize winner will receive a five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (each of
whom must be 21 years of age or older) to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Winner and guest must travel together and must
depart and return to the same airport; the Trip must be taken on the specified dates, and specific travel dates and arrangements
are subject to availability and some restrictions. The Trip will consist of (i) first class roundtrip travel for up to two (2) people
(winner and guest) between the major international airport closest to Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) and a major international airport in St. Croix, (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) overnight
stays for two (2) people at a hotel in St. Croix (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and subject to availability) based on
single room, double occupancy stay (iii) two (2) tickets to visit the St. Croix Distillery, (iv) ground transfers while in St. Croix
between the airport and hotel and (v) a check in the amount of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700.00). Travel dates
and dates for distillery trip visit to be solely determined by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value “A.R.V.” eight thousand eight
hundred dollars ($8,800.00).
