For each Entry Period, visit https://www.maytag.com/may-is-may…vered.html and view an image of the Maytag truck and its location. On the map located on the Website, place the pin where you think Maytag is located and submit your guess with the registration form completed (altogether, the “Entry”) as directed on the Website. Limit one (1) Entry per Entry Period per person/email address.
The participant whose pin is closest to the location of Maytag shall be deemed the First Prize Winner (subject to verification). The participant whose pin is second closest to the location of Maytag shall be deemed the Second Prize Winner (subject to verification). The participant whose pin is third closest to the location of Maytag shall be deemed the Third Prize Winner (subject to verification). In the case of a tie (in an instance where more than one participant selected a location that is the exact same distance as the actual location of the Maytag truck and that location is one of the three [3] closest to Maytag), the winner of the tie will be the participant who first submitted his/her Entry (based on a time stamp) out of the tied Entries.
For clarity: Sponsor will use Google Maps™ mapping service to identify each participant’s pin location using its latitude and longitude coordinates and comparing the pin location to the actual location of Maytag (using its latitude and longitude coordinates).
First Prizes (4 total; 1 per Entry Period): A Maytag Suite (laundry and kitchen). Exact items shall be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize: $6,164.00.
Second Prizes (4 total; 1 per Entry Period): A Maytag Laundry Pair (washer and dryer) not to exceed an ARV of $2,000.00. Exact items shall be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV of each Second Prize: Up to $2,000.00.
Third Prizes (4 total; 1 per Entry Period): Winner’s choice of one (1) Maytag kitchen appliance not to exceed $2,299.00. Any difference between the retail value of the appliance winner selects and $2,299.00 will not be awarded to winner. ARV of each Third Prize: $Up to 2,299.00.
