With respect to each Sweepstakes, one (1) Grand Prize will be offered. The Grand Prize is a three-day, two-night trip for the
winner and one (1) guest to attend the NFL football game designated by Sponsor with respect to the pertinent Sweepstakes, an NFL
welcome kit, and a Verizon Wireless tech package. The trip consists of round-trip air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest
between a departure airport designated by Sponsor and a major airport near the location of the NFL game (departure and destination
airports to be determined by Sponsor in its discretion); a two (2) night consecutive night stay for the winner and the guest at a hotel
determined by Sponsor (one (1) standard room, double occupancy; room rate and taxes only; size and type of room determined by
Sponsor); tickets for the winner and guest to attend the NFL football game; the opportunity to participate in the pre-game experience
chosen by the winner during Sweepstakes entry; use of a rental car for purposes of local transportation for three (3) days (provided the
winner satisfies the rental car company’s minimum age and other standard requirements); and a gift card with a face value of $150 to
be utilized by the winner and guest for meals during the trip. If the winner resides within 200 miles of the destination city, as
determined by Sponsor, Sponsor will have the right to substitute a gift card with a face value of $400 for the air transportation
component of the prize. The winner must comply with all requirements and restrictions imposed by the rental car company, including
minimum age requirements, and must agree to and comply with the rental car company’s standard rental agreement. The rental car
component of prize includes base rental rate, but does not include taxes, other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges,
license recoupment and concession recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees, mileage charges, fuel, additional driver fee or
insurance or other optional items, which will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority
in the jurisdiction in which the guest resides, unless the winner is a parent or legal guardian of the minor guest. All trip details,
including seat locations and the specific trip dates and itinerary, will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Travel and
accommodation restrictions (including blackout dates) and other additional restrictions may apply. If the winner is not available for
the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner and his or her guest
must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If the football game portion of
the prize is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the prize, but the
remainder of the prize package will be awarded. The NFL welcome kit includes one or more items selected by Sponsor in its
discretion. The Verizon Wireless tech package consists of the device (wireless service not included) and two (2) accessories chosen
by the entrant during the entry process for the Sweepstakes. With respect to each Sweepstakes, the total approximate retail value
(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500.00. The exact value will depend on where the winner resides, the specific prize options selected
by the winner and market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment.
