PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
Instant Prizes (250): Each Instant Winner will receive a $20 pre-paid gift card (“Instant Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Instant Prize is $20. The total ARV of all Instant Prizes is $5,000. The total number of Instant Prizes in this Promotion will not exceed 250.
Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) people – the Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) “Guest” of his/her choosing – to the 2015 South Beach Wine and Food Festival® (“Sweepstakes Prize”). The Sweepstakes Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for the Sweepstakes Winner and Guest between the major commercial airport closest to Sweepstakes Winner’s residence and Miami, Florida (departure and arrival airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a Miami-area hotel (selected by Sponsor, subject to availability); two (2) single day tickets to the Grand Tasting Village at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival on a date to be determined by Sponsor sometime on or before February 22, 2015; two (2) sets of two (2) tickets each to special events at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; and One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Sweepstakes Winner. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $4,600. The ARV may vary depending on the city of departure and fluctuations in airfare charges and hotel rooms. Any difference between the actual value of the Sweepstakes Prize and the stated ARV (if less than the actual value) will not be awarded.
Travel must be taken by February 22, 2015 and completed by February 23, 2015 or the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited. The Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. The Guest will be required to execute and return a Liability & Publicity Release before Sweepstakes Prize travel will be booked.
Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $9,600.
