SECOND CHANCE RANDOM DRAWING: All Instant Winning and Non-Winning Entries will be eligible for the Second Chance Random Drawing. One (1) Grand Prize Winner and Five (5) First Prize Winners will be selected in the Second Chance Random Drawing from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning a Prize depends upon the number of eligible Entries received. The Second Chance Random Drawing will be conducted on or about April 23, 2018 by Centra360, an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters are final and binding.
