Grand Prize: (1 winner) Winner and up to ten female guests aged 13-19, will be styled by a celebrity stylist, and will then participate in a photo shoot with a professional photographer at a location near the Winner’s residence. Location and date of shoot, and all related details, to be determined solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves all rights to ownership and use of photographs taken at the shoot and may, at its sole discretion, publish, use, adapt, crop, edit and/or modify any such photographs in any way legally permissible, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide now known or hereafter developed, without further notice or consideration to the Winner or to any other individual in the Group, or to the parent or legal guardian of any of the foregoing parties. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, any photo(s) taken at the photo shoot may be featured in an advertisement in a national publication of Sponsor’s choice in or around Spring 2010. Sponsor has no obligation to use any photo in this manner, and inclusion or use of such photo(s) in any media, including but not limited to print media, is in no way guaranteed. Winner will also receive wardrobe apparel from Alloy (to be awarded in the form of a $500 gift card redeemable online at alloy.com), and a Playtex® Sport® Prize Pack containing items of Sponsor’s choice. Use of the gift card is subject to applicable policies, terms and conditions imposed by the issuer and/or posted at alloy.com. (ARV $1,000)
Selection of stylist and photographer to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and both are subject to availability. All other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not expressly stated herein, including, but not limited to, transportation, parking, gratuities, food and beverages, are the sole responsibility of Winner and her guest(s). Winner must execute all documents that Sponsor, the stylist or the photographer may require as a condition of Winner’s participation in the styling exercise and/or in the shoot including, but not limited to, the documents referred to herein, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner chosen in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries in the Grand Prize drawing pool. By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner further agrees to all obligations related to this Sweepstakes (including tax liability).
