PRIZES. In total, two (2) prize (the “Prizes”) will be awarded to two (2) prize winners (“Prize Winners”) at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period in two (2) categories as follows:
(a) One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) in the form of trip to Las Vegas in November, 2016. In Las Vegas, the Grand Prize Winner will join PEAK celebrities John Force, Clint Bowyer, Michael Waltrip, Robert Hight, Dan Fletcher, Don O’Neal and JW Harris. (the “Peak Legendary 7”) on a Zero One Odyssey VIP adventure through the southern Nevada desert ending at the historic Pioneer Saloon in Good Springs, Nevada. At the Pioneer Saloon, the Grand Prize Winner will share stories and play poker with the Peak Legendary 7. The complete Grand Prize package shall consist of: Round trip coach air transportation for one (1) from a major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence in the United States to Las Vegas, Nevada (airport, airline and airline ticket class to be selected by Sponsor); a Zero 1 Odyssey VIP adventure through the southern Nevada desert, accompanied by the Peak Legendary 7, and ending at the historic Pioneer Saloon in Good Springs, Nevada where the Grand Prize Winner will share stories, play poker and experience a legendary venue; a $500 Gift Card to cover local travel and meals; and one (1) double occupancy hotel accommodation in Las Vegas, Nevada for two (2) nights (Tuesday, November 1 and Wednesday, November 2, 2016) (Grand Prize approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,125). Peak Legendary 7 participation as part of the Grand Prize is subject to each Peak celebrity’s schedule and availability. The poker referenced as part of the Grand Prize opportunity is for no value and for recreational purposes only.
(b) One (1) First Place Prize (the “First Place Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) First Place Prize Winner (the First Place Prize Winner “) consisting of a racing helmet signed by each member of the PEAK Legendary 7. Subject to each Peak celebrity’s schedule and availability (ARV $400).
