One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner shall receive the Grand Prize, which consists of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest to Oahu, Hawaii. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($4,875.00) depending on time of travel and place of departure, and consists of:
(i) Round trip economy airfare on Hawaiian Airlines for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest departing from a Hawaiian Airlines gateway airport (determined by EPIX in its sole discretion) and arriving at Honolulu International Airport in Oahu, Hawaii;
(ii) Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy; room and tax only) at the Turtle Bay Resort for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; and
(iii) Round-trip ground transportation to/from Honolulu International Airport and the Turtle Bay Resort.
In the event that Grand Prize Winner does not live within reasonable driving distance of a Hawaiian Airlines gateway airport (determined by EPIX in its sole discretion), the Grand Prize shall also include round trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest departing from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (determined by EPIX in its sole discretion) and arriving at an airport that is a Hawaiian Airlines gateway airport (determined by EPIX in its sole discretion).
If a potential Grand Prize Winner is not available to travel on the dates specified by EPIX in its sole discretion, such Grand Prize Winner privileges and the Grand Prize will be terminated and an alternative winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is on the island of Oahu, Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her air travel and ground transportation, and Grand Prize Winner and Guest shall arrange their own transportation to/from the Turtle Bay Resort. In the event that Grand Prize Winner’s residence is in Hawaii but not the island of Oahu, Grand Prize Winner shall receive round-trip economy class air travel on Hawaiian Airlines for Grand Prize Winner and Guest departing from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (determined by EPIX in its sole discretion), which may not be a Hawaiian Airlines gateway airport, and arriving at Honolulu International Airport in Oahu, Hawaii, and Grand Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to any additional HawaiianMiles. Travel must be completed by July 31, 2015.
Air travel on Hawaiian Airlines is awarded in the form of a certificate (the “Certificate”) that is good for One Hundred Twenty Thousand (120,000) HawaiianMiles (“HawaiianMiles”) which is equivalent to two (2) roundtrip coach class tickets between Hawaii and a Continental U.S. gateway city serviced by Hawaiian Airlines.
