Prizes and Actual Retail Value (“ARV”): Six (6) prize types are available (collectively, “Prizes”). One (1) winner will be selected for each prize types from those entrants who chose that particular prize types when entering the Contest. The total Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars and 94/100 ($4,167.94).

The six (6) prize types and the ARV of each prize type are as follows:

• –  “Giving Back Prize Pack:” One (1) donation to the charity of the winner’s choice in the amount of One Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($1,000.00). The charity must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and legal taxable entity, and must also be in good standing. Sponsor reserves the right to request verification of the charity’s eligibility, and to reject the charity for any reasonable concern with regard to its veracity or public relations effect on Sponsor or its affiliated entities. Please note that 501(c)(4) nonprofit entities do not qualify under this section.
