Prize: Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will receive a nine (9) day / eight (8) night trip to Scotland from Adventures by Disney (“Trip”) for Winner and three (3) other guests (“Group”). The Trip will consist of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations for eight (8) nights (one standard room, quadruple occupancy): three (3) nights in Edinburgh, two (2) nights at Isle of Sky, three (3) nights at Inverness; [2] participation in a guided group travel experience with up to forty four (44) guests total (“Travel Party”); [3] services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Travel Party; [4] transportation within the land package; [5] services of local experts; [6] on-tour luggage handling; [7] gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff; [8] scheduled meals; [9] entertainment and activities expressly included in the Trip; [10] travel taxes associated with the Trip; [11] activities including horseback riding, archery and bike riding; and [12] round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Glasgow International Airport (at Sponsor’s sole discretion). All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: meals, alcoholic beverages, fax, gratuities of the two Adventure Guides, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, activities not expressly included in the Trip, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Trip components are subject to change without notice. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Adventures by Disney booking, cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply. Group must travel on the same itinerary and must be available to travel during one of the two (2) departures offered by Adventures by Disney, currently scheduled for June 9, 2013 and June 30, 2013. A minor (as defined by state of primary residence, “Minor”) may not participate in the Trip unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian as a member of the Group. All members of the Group will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Members of the Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., credit card, Passport, etc.) before departure and all travelers must be at least 6 years old at time of travel; however the recommended age for the Trip is 8 years old.
