PRIZE. Winner will receive: A MAX-DSM DECADE OF MAXIMUM DESTRUCTION® BLOCK PARTY )the “Party”) which includes a MAXIMUM DESTRUCTION® Monster Truck display and the appearance of Tom Meents or, in the event of Monster Truck and/or driver unavailability, such other Monster Truck or driver as may be selected by Sponsor. The Party will take place at Winner’s home or at a location determined by Team Maximum Destruction® to be more suitable, on a day to be mutually agreed upon by Team Maximum Destruction® and the Winner, with catering for fifty (50) of the Winner’s guests. Prize includes Team Maximum Destruction® on-site party planning services valued at approximately $1,000.00, party DJ for a maximum of three (3) hours valued at approximately $500.00, rental of party equipment (rental value approximately $1,000.00), party supplies and decorations valued at approximately $300.00 and various merchandise packages for Winner and guests valued at approximately $550.00. The Monster Truck display has a rental value of approximately $6,500.00. The appearance fee for Monster Truck driver is valued at $1,000.00. The catering is valued at approximately $1,000.00. The prize does not include airfare, transportation, or any meals other than those expressly set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The total approximate value of the Grand Prize package is $11,850.00.

Grand Prize (1): $25,000 (awarded in the form of a check) and a Trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Hawaii. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major U.S. commercial airport near the winner’s residence to Honolulu, Oahu and 6 days/7 nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor at their sole discretion.
