Fifty-Two (52) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded during each of the fifty-two (52)
Weekly Sweepstakes periods. Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive one (1) dozen Titleist Pro V1
golf balls OR one (1) dozen Titleist Pro V1x golf balls. Winners will be given the option of picking up their prize at
the pro shop at Tidewater Golf Club during normal business hours or we will ship the prize by ground using a
shipping company of our choice. Allow a minimum of 4-8 weeks for delivery.
ARV (Approximate retail value) of each Weekly Sweepstakes: $58.00-$62.00 U.S.
Twelve (12) Monthly Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded during each of the twelve (12) Monthly
Sweepstakes periods. Each Monthly Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive one (1) Bob Vokey Wedge – Spin
Milled SM4 OR one (1) Bob Vokey Wedge – Spin Milled OR one (1) Bob Vokey Wedge – Spin Milled CC. Winners
will be given the option of picking up their prize at the pro shop at Tidewater Golf Club during normal business
hours or we will ship the prize by ground using a shipping company of our choice. Allow a minimum of 4-8 weeks
for delivery.
ARV (Approximate retail value) of each Monthly Sweepstakes: $125.00-$150.00 U.S.
Four (6) Quarterly Sweepstakes Prizes: One (1) prize will be awarded during each of the four (4) Quarterly
Sweepstakes periods. Each Quarterly Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive one (1) Scotty Cameron Putter.
Winners will be given the option of picking up their prize at the pro shop at Tidewater Golf Club during normal
business hours or we will ship the prize by ground using a shipping company of our choice. Allow a minimum of
4-8 weeks for delivery.
ARV (Approximate retail value) of each Quarterly Sweepstakes: $300.00-350.00 U.S.
One (1) Yearly Sweepstakes Prize: Yearly Sweepstakes prize winner will receive one (1) Set of Titleist AP1
Irons (4 iron-PW). Winner will be given the option of picking up their prize at the pro shop at Tidewater Golf
Club during normal business hours or we will ship the prize by ground using a shipping company of our
choice. Allow a minimum of 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for two to see Little Big Town in concert on October 27, 2012 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Coordinator) to the major airport nearest West Palm Beach, FL; 2-nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), roundtrip airport transfers in West Palm Beach; two tickets to the Concert (seats determined by Prize Coordinator), a meet and greet with Little Big Town; and a backstage tour guided by Little Big Town (ARV $2,500)
Travel will take place October 26-28, 2012 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. If a Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another Grand Prize winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for all necessary travel authorizations such as passports, visas, and/or government identification and for any travel insurance. Final Grand Prize value may vary depending upon departure location, travel dates, time of travel, and other factors. Meals and beverages, service charges, incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. In addition, any and all additional expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each First Prize winner. Prize Coordinator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred twenty-five (125) miles from the prize destination. If, for any reason, the Concert, Visit and/or Tour is postponed or canceled, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and the trip will be awarded without the Concert, Visit and/or Tour on the same itinerary. The Prize Coordinator reserves the right to substitute any portion of these prizes, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
