Drawing Period #2 begins at 3:00 PM (EST) on 11/1/12 and ends at 3:01 PM (ET) on 1/31/13. Drawing Period #3 begins at 3:00 PM (EST) on 2/1/13 and ends at 3:01 PM (EST) on 4/30/13.
