Prize – Sweepstakes
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will win a trip for two (2) people, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”), to attend the Vive tu Música with 5 Grand Finale Concert on August 11, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and the Guest will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Los Angeles, California leaving on August 10, 2011 and returning on August 12, 2011 (the “Grand Prize Trip”). The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and the Guest from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California; three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, round-trip limousine transfers between the airport, hotel and to the Vive tu Música with 5 Grand Finale Concert, two tickets to attend the Vive tu Música with 5 Contest Finals Concert, $150 in cash for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and Guest’s meals and a gift basket of prizes in the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s hotel room. If the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner lives within two hundred (200) miles from the metropolitan Los Angeles Area, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and the Guest with ground transportation to the hotel and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value.

One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 7–day Holland America Line Alaska Cruise for the winner and one (1) guest, sharing accommodations of one (1) stateroom.
