Prize: (1 winner) $20,000 (awarded to the restaurant in the form of a check) for restaurant and/or kitchen renovations/improvements to the restaurant location indicated on the entry form; a restaurant consultation by chef/restaurateur Spike Mendelsohn; The consultation will take place at the restaurant location indicated on the entry form; and a trip for four to the 2010 National Restaurant Association Conference in Chicago, May 22-25, 2010 where winner will be presented with the $20,000 award.
