PRIZE: 1. Each Regional Contest winner will receive a personal makeover, including an outfit with a value of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500), with photograph memorializing the results, including a copy of any filmed material that recorded the process. Prize does not include travel to/from participating Macy’s location or any other item not included in the foregoing description. (Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Regional Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Actual retail value may depend on amount of photography provided and value of outfit provided.
2. National Contest winner will receive a wardrobe with a value of up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5000), round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence in the continental U.S. to a NYC-area airport, ground transportation to and from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s primary residence, transportation to and from the NYC-area airport, hotel charges (excluding amenities such as minibar, movies and phone calls), and all meals for a four (4)-day three (3) night stay for two (double occupancy), with companion to travel on the same itinerary and to be not less than eighteen (18) years of age. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. National winner will participate in makeover and media events selected by Sponsor, with all activities subject to change. National winner must be willing to participate in filming of one or more television programs and/or podcasts and shall sign requisite documents to facilitate such activities. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in Sponsor’s judgment air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to New York City, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. ARV for National winner’s prize: Nine Thousand Dollars ($9000). Actual value will vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
