ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s primary residence in the US (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, Louisiana; (1) quadruple occupancy hotel room for five (5) nights at the Loews New Orleans Hotel; and three (3) meals per day for the length of the stay (menus determined by New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau, in its sole discretion). Airport pick up to and from the hotel, all the voluntourism projects the family will be working on, and free passes to numerous attractions/venues/museums around the city (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) provided by New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Grand Prize: (1 winner) 5-day/4-night trip package for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to New York City, New York to attend the taping of The Martha Stewart Show. Grand Prize package consists of two round-trip coach class tickets for air transportation from the major airport hub closest to the winner’s home to New York City, NY, hotel accommodation for four nights (one room, double-occupancy) at a hotel designated by Sponsor, ground transportation between the New York airport and the hotel, two tickets to the taping of The Martha Stewart Show, and $200 cash for travel expenses. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000, which may vary based on location of major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home and costs of air transportation at the time of award. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on total number of entries received. Travel must occur from February 1, 2009 to May 31, 2009. All incidental costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein shall be the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner, including, without limitation, travel and health insurance, ground transportation (except as provided above), airport security or transfer charges and taxes, food and beverages, incidentals, taxes and gratuities. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and companion may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all other travel requirements. No changes will be made to travel itinerary or other travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-transferable. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes and for any costs incurred in claiming or using prize. Individual components of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Grand Prize Winner will be required to claim prize by completing, signing and notarizing an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, except where prohibited by law, publicity release, which must be returned via mail within fourteen (14) days of sender’s postmark as per paragraph 7, below. Grand Prize Winner’s guest will be required to complete and return a liability and publicity release before prize will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guest must also sign any other legal documents which Sponsor may require (including W9 tax forms, if applicable). Failure of Grand Prize Winner to timely sign, notarize and return any required affidavit and release, or failure of Grand Prize Winner to claim his or her prize or comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute drawing winner to be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s proximity to New York City, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
