Drawing Prizes
•One (1) grand prize will be awarded (Grand Prize E). Grand prize winner will receive a 2017 FIAT® 124 Spider Abarth with standard features. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $33,000. Delivery of actual grand prize vehicle will be determined based upon production by FIAT®. Actual delivery date is unknown at this time. Vehicle on displayed or shown may not be the actual vehicle awarded. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize vehicle, and delivery is subject to availability. Winner must personally retrieve the Grand Prize vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery or he/she will lose his right to claim the Grand Prize vehicle. Sponsor and Administrator shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any person’s participation in the Sweepstakes; provided, however, that FIAT® shall be solely responsible for any express written limited warranties specifically set forth in the applicable Owner’s Guide for the vehicle. Winner may also be requested to complete additional forms as requested by the entity providing the vehicle in order to claim their prize. Winner must present valid driver’s license and insurance to get vehicle.
•One (1) second prize will be awarded (Grand Prize D). Second prize winner will receive a $2,500 travel voucher. Sponsor in its sole discretion will determine where the travel voucher is from. Travel voucher will be subject to additional terms and might have blackout dates and exclusions. . Prize is awarded “AS IS” and without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). ARV is $2,500.
•One (1) third prize will be awarded (Grand Prize C). Third prize winner will receive a check for $500. ARV is $500.
•Five (5) fourth prizes will be awarded (Grand Prize B). Fourth prize winners will receive a check for $100. ARV is $100.
•Five (5) fifth prizes will be awarded (Grand Prize A). Five (5) prize winners will receive free product of World’s Best Cat Litter for a year. Prize consists of twelve (12) free bag coupons of World’s Best Cat Litter™. Coupons expire on December 31, 2017. Each coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. ARV is $100.
