One (1) grand prize winner will receive a prize package consisting of one of the following, depending on the travel option chosen by Winner:
Glacier, Montana: A trip to Glacier, Montana, including: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near Participants’ homes (determined by Weber in its sole discretion), including one checked bag per Participant, to an airport at or near Kalispell; (ii) at least five (5) nights’ accommodations (single room) at a hotel selected by Weber in its sole discretion; (iii) rental car for the duration of the trip (including a stipend for gas which will be provided on a gift card); (iv) meals and activities (activities as communicated in a list to Winner by Weber) comprising an amount up to the remaining balance of the $10,000 total value of the grand prize. Travel must take place before September 15, 2015 or if not possible, in 2016 at any such time as the national park is open.

Moab, Utah: A trip to Moab, Utah, including: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near Participants’ homes (determined by Weber in its sole discretion), including one checked bag per Participant, to an airport at or near Salt Lake City or Grand Junction; (ii) at least five (5) nights’ accommodations (single room) at the Sorrell River Ranch or other available hotel selected by Weber in its sole discretion; (iii) rental car for the duration of the trip (including a stipend for gas which will be provided on a gift card); (iv) meals and activities (activities as communicated in a list to Winner by Weber) comprising an amount up to the remaining balance of the $10,000 total value of the grand prize. Travel must take place by December 15, 2015.
Key West, Florida: A trip to Key West, Florida, including: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for two (2) from a major airport near Participants’ homes (determined by Weber in its sole discretion), including one checked bag per Participant, to an airport at or near Key West; (ii) at least five (5) nights’ accommodations (single room) at the Key West Hyatt, Pier House, or other available hotel selected by Weber in its sole discretion; (iii) rental car for the duration of the trip (including a stipend for gas which will be provided on a gift card); (iv) meals and activities (activities as communicated in a list to Winner by Weber) comprising an amount up to the remaining balance of the $10,000 total value of the grand prize. With regard to the grand prize: Participants must commence travel and conclude travel on the date range above chosen by winner or prize will be forfeited. Travel subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Weber will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. In the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight and/or the winner cancels or is delayed for any reason, that portion of the prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Weber’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, costs for incidentals and personal charges at lodging, are the responsibility solely of grand prize winner. To the extent there is a balance remaining on the $10,000 value of the grand prize trip following conclusion of travel, Weber will provide this balance to grand prize winner in either a check or a gift card. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Weber, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to grand prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Weber’s sole discretion. Weber will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value: $10,000.00 total for the grand prize package, with varying amounts for different air fare, hotel, length of stay, balance, and other such considerations, and net of travel agent fees. Each grand prize option is subject to availability and blackout dates. No refund, substitution or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any event and/or activity planned as part of the grand prize. Itinerary, including length of stay, will be determined based upon availability and cost, among other considerations.
With regard to all prizes: Weber will provide winners and Participants with an additional amount equal to the estimated cost of taxes applicable to the prize (as determined in Weber’s sole discretion), which will be provided to winners and Participants prior to the due date of the following year’s tax filing. Weber encourages winners and Participants to seek advice from their tax preparer to ensure winners and Participants do not owe any additional amounts; however Weber will not be responsible for amounts in addition to those provided to winners and Participants. Each Participant must provide Weber with completed Forms prior to collection of the prize and issuance of travel documents. Each prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Weber’s sole discretion. Prizes subject to availability. Weber reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
