PRIZES:
First Prizes: Five (5) First Prize Winners will be awarded a Vera Bradley travel bag having an Approx. Retail Value (“ARV”) of $138 each. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $690.
Grand Prize (1): A 4 day/3 night trip to a destination location within the forty-eight U.S. for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach-class air transportation to/from winner’s legal residence within the U.S. (as defined in the “Eligibility” section above) and destination location in the U.S. selected by Grand Prize Winner, valued at $1,000; three (3) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy/standard rooms, room and tax only) valued at $1,200; ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel at the destination location, valued at $350; $250 Visa® gift card for Grand Prize Winner to use towards meals, incidentals and any other costs, fees and expenses; and Vera Bradley swag, valued at $812. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,110. The total amount to be awarded for the Grand Prize shall not exceed $4,110. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for any costs of the Grand Prize if the total value exceeds $4,110.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $4,800.
