Limit of one (1) entry per person, except that anyone sharing a photograph featuring corn or a Spring scene on the Website will receive an additional ten (10) entries.
By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to his/her Submission: that each submitted photograph (a) was taken by entrant and is his/her original work; (b) does not incorporate or include anything that would require the consent of any third party, including persons who have not provided their written consent (which shall be provided to Sponsor upon request thereof) to be photographed and the photograph to be used as permitted herein, or no third-party (non-Sweet Corn Farmers of Florida) trademarks; (c) does not violate any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or any other right of any third party; and (d) does not violate these Official Rules, including the usage guidelines found herein.
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received, to be held on or about the dates set forth above.
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded on or about 5/29/15. Grand prize consists of a $500 gift card to a grocery store that carries Sunshine Sweet Corn located in the vicinity of winner’s residence.
First Prizes: Five (5) first prizes will be awarded on or about the dates set forth below. Each first prize consists of a $100 gift card to a grocery store that carries Sunshine Sweet Corn located in the vicinity of winner’s residence. First prize drawings will be held on or about the following dates: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, and 5/29/15.
Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1000.
