PRIZE AWARDS:
Six winners: Six (6) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize Winner shall receive a set of four (4) Pirelli tires, with a maximum retail price not to exceed $800 ($200 per tire). Exact make and model of tires, as solely determined and specified by Pirelli, and shall be based upon grand prize winners’ vehicle type where available. NOTE: Pirelli tires are NOT available for all vehicle makes, models or years.
Prize award will be shipped to winner’s home or to designated tire installation retailer of winner’s choice. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses not specifically listed above, such as installation cost(s). All installation costs are at each winner’s sole expense. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
All federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Maximum retail value of all available prize awards: $4,800.
