PRIZE: There will be two (2) Prizes, each consisting of one (1) Trip Package. Each Trip Package consists
of the following elements: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for the winner and one (1) eligible guest
(13+ yrs) from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest to the winner’s residence to San Francisco,
California; (b) two (2) nights local hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected by
Sponsor in its sole discretion; (c) a meet-and-greet opportunity with Lucid directors and engineering
team; (d) a test ride in a Lucid Air prototype; (e) one (1) VISA prepaid card for meals (prepaid cards are
subject to all restrictions and rules of use normally applicable to such prepaid cards and can only be
redeemed at locations where such prepaid cards are accepted); (f) one (1) Lucid souvenir; and (g) roundtrip
ground transportation between the airport and the hotel, and between the hotel and Lucid facilities.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Trip Package: $2,499.
Must travel 5/18/17 to 5/20/17.
