One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize will consist of:
one (1) Fandango digital promo code (“Fandango Promo Code”) for a year of movie tickets, redeemable at fandango.com or via the Fandango App (calculated at four (4) movie ticket purchases per month, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $800.00),
one (1) FandangoNOW digital promo code (“FandangoNOW Promo Code”) for a year of movie or TV show rentals or purchases, redeemable at fandangoNOW.com or via the FandangoNOW App (calculated at four (4) movie title purchases per month, ARV $800.00).

Total ARV of the Grand Prize is one thousand six hundred dollars and zero cents ($1,600.00).
