Grand Prize: :: The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Nashville, TN (the “Event”) sometime between March 1, 2017 through April 28, 2017. Event dates are non-negotiable. Event dates subject to change in Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner, together with Guest, cannot travel on dates specified by Sweepstakes Entities, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize(s) (i) roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines® for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of SW’s choice nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by SW in their sole discretion) to Nashville International Airport (“BNA”) (Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event); (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a hotel procured by SW in Nashville, TN which shall consist of one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) tickets to see a show at the Bluebird Cafe and (iv) a walk-on opportunity on one (1) episode of the Nashville series (episode selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion); (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Grand Prize will be sometime between March 1, 2017 through April 28, 2017, The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,400.00.
