TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes through each of the following entry methods:

  1. Twitter Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period go to www.twitter.com, (“Twitter Site”) and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of @BravoTV
    you will receive an announcement Tweet from the @BravoTV Twitter handle on April 18, 2016 (the “Announcement”), and you will be required to submit a Retweet of the Announcement with the hashtags “#OffTheMenu” and “#Sweepstakes” and the @reply “@BravoTV” (the “Twitter Entry”). You must include “#OffTheMenu”, “#Sweepstakes” and “@BravoTV” in your Twitter Entry or your Twitter Entry will not be valid.  If your Twitter profile is set to the “Protect my Tweets” setting, your Twitter Entry may be disqualified and rejected as ineligible for consideration in the Sweepstakes.  If you choose to submit a Twitter Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. Twitter Share Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period go to the “Going Off The Menu” page on www.bravotv.com, (the “Website”) and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a free Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. Once you log on, you will be required to share a “Tweet” of one hundred and forty (140) characters or less (“Twitter Statement”) with the hashtags “#OffTheMenu” and “#Sweepstakes”, the @reply “@BravoTV” and a clip or full episode of “Going Off the Menu” that can be found on the “Going Off The Menu” page on www.bravotv.com (“Twitter Share Entry”). You must include “#OffTheMenu”, “#Sweepstakes” and “@BravoTV” in your Twitter Share Entry or your Twitter Share Entry will not be valid.  Twitter Statement does not affect chances of winning. Original Tweet Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period go to www.twitter.com, (“Twitter Site”) and (1) if you already have a Twitter account, log on using your Twitter user name and password, then become a follower of @BravoTV by searching for “Bravo TV,” clicking on the Bravo TV icon and then clicking the “Follow” button or (2) if you do not already have a Twitter account, create a free Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter Site and follow Bravo TV  as indicated in (1) above. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. Once you become a follower of @BravoTV, you will be required to submit via a “Tweet” a statement of one hundred and forty (140) characters or less that describes who they would like to take on this foodie flyaway with them or general thoughts on Going Off The Menu (“Statement”) with the hashtags “#OffTheMenu” and “#Sweepstakes”, the @reply “@BravoTV” and a link to a clip or full episode of “Going Off the Menu” (“Original Tweet Entry”). Links to all clips or full episodes can be found on the “Going Off the Menu” page on www.bravotv.com. You must include “#OffTheMenu”, “#Sweepstakes” and “@BravoTV” in your Original Tweet Entry or your Original Tweet Entry will not be valid.  Statement does not affect chances of winning. Facebook Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Bravo Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/Bravo (the “Page”) and then submit on the Page’s post on the Page that will be posted on April 18, 2016 at or about 12:00 P.M. ET (the “Post”) your statement (“Facebook Statement”) of one hundred (100) words or less that describes who they would like to take on this foodie flyaway with them or general thoughts on Going Off The Menu (“Facebook Entry”). The Facebook Entry must be submitted via a “Comment” on the Page or the Post. Comment does not affect chances of winning. If you choose to submit a Facebook Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. A Facebook account is required to submit your Facebook Entry. If you do not already have a free Facebook account, you can go to www.facebook.com to create a free Facebook account. You may enter one time per entry method, for a maximum of up to four (4) total Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.
PRIZE:
  There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to winner  (“Winner”).  Prize will consist of the following: trip for Winner and guest (“Guest”) to New York City for two nights (“Trip”). Trip will include roundtrip standard coach airfare for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel as determined in Sponsors sole discretion, and dinner for Winner and Guest at a “Going Off The Menu” type venue. Itinerary will be determined at Sponsors sole discretion. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand nine hundred ninety nine dollars ($4,999).  Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary. If Prize includes a Trip, ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure.  Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.  For any Prize with an ARV over five hundred and ninety-nine dollars ($599), Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won.
