PRIZES: There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and three (3) First Prize Winners. The Grand
Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive an Airstream Basecamp
and Visit St. Pete/Clearwater Tote Bag and Shirts (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize package has a total
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $41,032. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will be given the
option to accept a fifteen thousand dollar ($15,000) cash option in lieu of accepting the Airstream
Basecamp.
Each First Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 5 day / 4
night trip for up to four (4) people to St. Petersburg/Clearwater, FL (the “Location”) (“First Prize”). Each
First Prize package includes: (a) up to four (4) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major
commercial airport in the United States, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as
determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation
if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); (b) standard (single) hotel accommodations for four
(4) nights in the Location (room and tax only); (c) one (1) $500 gift card for transportation or other travel
expenses; and (d) Visit St. Pete/Clearwater Tote Bag and Shirts. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
of each total First Prize package is $3,604, which will vary depending upon points of departure and
destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Total Prize Pool – $51,844.
