PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: There are five (5) Grand Prizes available to be won, each consisting of:
One (1) $500 Raymour & Flanigan Gift Card; and
A $500 charity donation to be made to the IRS qualified charitable organization of the Grand Prize winner’s choice (the “Charitable Donation Prize”). The Charitable Donation Prize will be made in the name of the Grand Prize winner directly by Sponsor. Sponsor has the right to approve or reject the charitable organization chosen by the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor has the right to require the Grand Prize winner to select an alternate charitable organization.
The total ARV of each Grand Prize is: $1,000. Tax implications of the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Misc. 1099 Form to the Grand Prize winners reporting the Grand Prize’s entire approximate retail value of $1,000.
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $5,000.
