PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: – Winner will receive one (1) five (5) consecutive night stay at any participating Radisson hotel per calendar year for up to fifty-eight (58) years (“Grand Prize”) or at the winner’s discretion, Sponsor will donate the grand prize ARV to a charity mutually agreed upon by Sponsor and winner. Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a Radisson Card (“Card”) with specific instructions for redemption. Grand Prize is valid for the life of the winner only, expires on death of the winner, and is non-transferrable. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, “life” is defined as seventy-nine (79) years and a “year” is defined as the calendar year, starting January 1 of each year and ending the December 31 of the same year. ARV of the Grand Prize: up to $749 USD per calendar year, up to a total $43,442 USD. Six (6) Weekly Prizes – Each Weekly Entry Period, one (1) winner will receive one (1) hotel voucher redeemable for a one (1) night stay at any participating Radisson in North America (“Weekly Prize”). ARV of each Weekly Prize: $90 USD. Weekly Prize is valid for one standard room, single or double occupancy. Participating properties are subject to change without notice. Offer is valid with advanced reservations only. Hotel stays are subject to the restrictions, terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, those set forth in the applicable voucher, as well as the hotel’s policies. Hotel stay will be subject to availability and blackout dates. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen vouchers. Voucher has no refundable cash value. Actual Weekly Prize value may vary based on fluctuations in hotel room rates and winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any Prize by winner permitted. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. For U.S. residents, all federal, state, and/or local taxes or fees or costs associated with a prize are solely the responsibility of winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize and the Weekly Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes where required by law. The winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Grand Prize and the Weekly Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. U.S. winners may be issued an IRS 1099 form for Grand Prize and the Weekly Prize over $600. Canadian residents may be subject to withholding taxes and Canadian residents are responsible for the reporting and payment of any income tax. Any Commonwealth of Puerto Rico taxes or assessments levied on the prizes as of the date of delivery thereof to the winner shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
