To submit an entry to the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period,
(1) visit one of the following social media platforms: the Otis Spunkmeyer Facebook, Instagram or Twitter Page located at https://www.facebook.co
(2) carefully read these Official Rules and
(3) click “Like” on Facebook or “Follow” on Instagram or Twitter to automatically enter.
All persons who currently “Follow” or “Like” Otis Spunkmeyer on the three social media platforms will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. An entrant may only be a Winner on one social media platform and may not be a winner on multiple platforms.
Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from each channel (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Grand Prize Winners will be notified on or about May 31, 2016 after the close of the Sweepstakes Entry Period via an announcement on the Otis Spunkmeyer Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages – the announcement for each channel winner will only be made on the particular channel in which they won.
PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize shall only be awarded in its entirety and shall consist of: one (1) lifetime supply of Otis Spunkmeyer snacks. Grand Prize will be shipped in one (1) delivery consisting of three thousand, two hundred and twenty-four (3,224) free product coupons (with no expiration date) for Otis Spunkmeyer retail snack boxes by Sponsor to the winner’s specified address in the Continental United States or Canada on the week of June 13, 2016. Coupons may be redeemed at any retailer where Otis Spunkmeyer products are sold, unless prohibited by law.
Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prizes is twelve thousand, eight hundred, sixty-three dollars and seventy-six cents ($12,863.76 USD).
