Prize: (1 winner) VIP $200 Shopping Spree and each of the winner’s 4 Friends selected will receive a $50.00 Shopping Spree. Prizes will be awarded as a Gift Card. The Gift Card is only redeemable for purchases made at Claire’s Boutiques, Inc. locations in the 48 contiguous United States and may be subject to other terms and conditions. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards or as an adjustment to prior purchases. The Gift Cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash or used as payment on to a Claire’s Boutiques, Inc. credit card account or any other credit card account. No credit or cash given for unused portion of Gift Cards. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The prize also includes roundtrip limousine transportation (restricted to a 100 mile roundtrip maximum) for the Grand Prize Winner and Friends plus up to five (5) parental guardians to the nearest Claire’s Boutiques, Inc. location in the Grand Prize Winner’s home city and five customized Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends tees for the Grand Prize Winner and Friends. The Limo portion of the prize is subject to availability of a limousine and Claire’s location in proximity to Grand Prize Winner’s home city. Grand Prize Winner and Friends must be accompanied in the Limo by their parent or legal guardian who must complete liability releases, consent forms and additional documentation, as applicable. Grand Prize Winner, Friends and each of their parents/ legal guardians are responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, those incurred for snacks, beverages, food, telephone calls or other personal expenses incurred during the Limo trip. Sponsor reserves the right to approve the travel date and times for the Limo trip. The Limo trip must be booked a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance and must be completed by December 31, 2008 or the Limo portion of the prize will be forfeited. Certain black-out dates and other restrictions may apply. Limo arrangements must be coordinated by Sponsor or its designees and are subject to the approval of Sponsor. Blackout periods and other restrictions may apply.
