Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the Island of Maui, Hawaii. Trip package includes
round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the Island of Maui, Hawaii; six (6) nights’ accommodations at a hotel
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $800 allowance for rental
car for length of stay; and travel agent services. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that
portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from
the drawing date or the entire prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days
prior to departure. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,500.00.
