How to Enter. Complete a Contest Entry Form in its entirety, including your valid e-mail address, your supervisors name and emails address and the reasons that your jobsite should be “crashed”. All winners will be selected based on the following judging criteria: (a) creativity (25%); (b) originality (25%); and (c) evoking the Wolverine brand (50%).
Prizes. Five (5) Grand Prizes: each consisting of a “crash” of the winner’s jobsite, including the following for each employee on the jobsite (to a maximum of 200 employees): one (1) pair of Wolverine boots; lunch; one (1) pair of Wolverine socks; and one (1) Wolverine t-shirt. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $5000. Prizes are non-transferable, and may not be substituted for cash. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value due to unavailability of prize (or prize component) for any reason.
Winner Selection. Within five (5) business days after each of August 1, September 1, and October 1, a panel of judges selected by Sponsor will review all eligible entries received and select one (1) Grand Prize winner for entries received through August 1, two (2) Grand Prize winners for entries received through September 1, and two (2) Grand Prize winners for entries received through October 1. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail, and may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and liability/publicity release. Prizewinners also consent to Sponsor contacting their employer to obtain the employer’s consent to Sponsor visiting the prizewinner’s jobsite to deliver the prize, and to coordinate the logistics of such visit.
