Two (2) grand prize winners will receive Invisalign treatment, with an Invisalign provider chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event a winner is deemed ineligible for Invisalign treatment, is not medically suitable or treatment is not geographically available to winner in Prize Provider’s sole discretion, he/she will instead receive $1,000, awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner.
