GRAND PRIZE (1). One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (“Trip Package”) for the Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”) to Chicago, IL. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a Minor, the remaining Guest must be the Parent such Minor Guest. The Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip economy class airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Chicago, IL. GP Winner and Guests are solely responsible for transportation to/from their residences and the airport; (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) four (4) general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the opening night show of “The SpongeBob Musical” on June 19, 2016 (the ” Event”); and, (iv) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner in the form of an American Express gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of card issuer).
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,580.00.
