PRIZE: There will be one (1) prize awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York. Trip will include:
round trip, coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport nearest Winner’s residence (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near New York, NY (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
two (2) night hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest in a standard/double occupancy room (room and tax only) in a New York City hotel (hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on September 12, 2018 and September 13, 2018; and
two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to a taping of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon from Central Park scheduled to take place on September 13, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. ET at SummerStage in Central Park, located at 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10021 (“Event”).
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000). Winner and Guest must be able to travel September 12, 2018 through September 14, 2018 (or on such other dates designated by Sponsor), or Prize will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be provided.
