GRAND PRIZE. Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize during the Promotion Period. Grand Prize is:
- One (1)Members will be awarded anNYC Trip.Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00
At the end of the Promotion Period, on each selection date described in Section 1 above, Sponsor will rank entrants from highest to lowest with respect to total members recruited per member during the applicable Promotion Period in order to determine the Members who recruited the most members during the applicable period. Subject to verification by Sponsor of eligibility and the validity of recruitment, entrants (number per period specified above) that accumulate the most recruits in each applicable Promotion Period will win a Grand prize. In the event of a tie between entrants, the winner, as between the tied entrants, will be the entrant who first accrued the most recruits.
b. TOP RECRUITERS. Sponsor will award five (5) monthly recruitment contest prizes. Monthly Recruitment prize is:
