o And two (2) Reed’s Moscow Mule mugs
o Approximate average retail value of the Grand Prize is thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00). The actual value of this prize can vary based on the stock price.
• 2nd Place Winner will receive:

The fair market value of the common stock will be determined by the opening price on December 8, 2014. For example, as of June 3, 2014, the current market rate at opening of the NYSE market was $4.35 per common share times 1,000 REEDS shares for a total of $4,350.00 cash would be deposited on behalf of the 2nd Place Grand Winner.

The fair market value of the common stock will be determined by the opening price on December 8, 2014. For example, as of June 3, 2014, the current market rate at opening of the NYSE market was $4.35 per common share times 500 REEDS shares for a total of $2,175.00 cash would be deposited on behalf of the 3rd Place Grand Winner.
o Twenty-five assorted Reed’s Ginger Brews – 25 12oz bottles
o One (1) Reed’s T-Shirt (size that fits most)
o And two (2) Reed’s Moscow Mule mugs
o Approximate average retail value of the 3rd Place Winner is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00).
• Miscellaneous Prizes
o 3 (4) packs of assorted Reed’s Ginger Brews (12 bottles – 12 oz. each): One hundred (100) 3 (4) packs prizes will be awarded. Each assorted Reed’s Ginger Brews winner will receive three packs of (4 bottles) each of 12 oz. bottles for a total of 12 12 oz. assorted Reed’s Ginger Brews bottles. Average Retail Value is $15.00.
o Reed’s Mule Mugs: One hundred (100) Reed’s Mule Mugs prize will be awarded. Each Moscow Mule Mug winner will receive two (2) mugs. Average Retail Value is $40.00 ($20.00 each X 2).
o Special Edition T-Shirt: One hundred (100) T-shirt prizes will be awarded. Each “Winner” will receive a T-shirt. Each T-Shirt winner will be awarded an adult t-shirt in one of the following sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. Average Retail Value is $20.00
