Each entrant who fully completes the Entry Form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Drawing. Each day thereafter, you may return to the Website and submit your e-mail address to obtain one (1) additional Entry into the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Drawing.
To enter the First Prize Drawing: There are two (2) ways to obtain an entry into the Sweepstakes First Prize Drawing:
Online: Once you have completed an Entry, you may follow the on-screen prompts to upload a photograph that shows your love of beer and cheese (“Photo”) to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes First Prize Drawing (“Photo Entry”).
Instagram: You may log on to yourInstagram account and post one (1) Photo (videos will not be accepted) that includes the hashtag “#CheeseHeadsWisconsinSweepstakes” to receive one (1) Photo Entry. NOTE:
The Photo must be a new Instagram post. Placing the hashtag on an existing Instagram photograph posted prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered a valid entry.
Regardless of method of entry, a unique Photo may only be submitted once.
LIMIT ON ENTRIES: Please respect the following limit or your Entry/Photo Entry may be disqualified: one (1) Entry per person per e-mail and/or mailing address per day during the Entry Period, and up to three (3) Photo Entries per person during the entire Entry Period.
Three hundred (300) First Prize Winners will receive a steel growler. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a First Prize is $17.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests of his/her choosing to attend the Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival 2018 in Glendale, Wisconsin. Grand Prize includes:
• roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests between the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s
residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Milwaukee, Wisconsin;
• two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two rooms, double occupancy each);
• four (4) tickets to the Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival 2018;
• access to a VIP reception;
• a tour of a local brewery (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to availability); and
• $150 in travel cash (awarded as a check made payable in Grand Prize Winner’s name).
ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,900.
Total ARV of all prizes available in this Sweepstakes is $10,000.
